The latest

Our retail operations have been temporarily paused and we have shifted towards providing our grass-fed milk as an ingredient to other dairy brands, allowing us to expand our reach.

In the meantime, we are focusing our efforts and resources on developing our farms to increase the size of our herd, while ensuring that environmental and animal welfare standards are met.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our customers for the loyal support they have shown us. We can't wait to get Hart Dairy milk back in everyone's fridge!

Animal Welfare

We’re proud to treat our cows the way cows should be treated. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it’s also the only way to get truly incredible milk. Hart Dairy is the only national dairy farm to have cows that are pasture-raised and grass fed for 365 days a year.

Sustainability

Greenhouse gas emissions are a problem. A big one. And as such, it’s a high-priority item for us. Always has been. Hart Dairy takes a holistic approach to farming focused on regenerative agriculture, environmental sustainability and carbon sequestration.

Nutrition

Rich in calcium and protein, grass-fed milk is higher in CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) and has a superior ratio of omega fatty acids when compared to conventional milk. Additionally, it naturally contains more vitamins and minerals including Vitamin A, E, and D
